How do I create a user profile?

User profiles can be found by starting configuration. Navigate to system and sub-menu user profiles. Click on Add User Profile to start the process. A new window is opened where a number of fields need to be filled. The most important being the manner in which the discount is calculated. One can choose from several different methods. e.g A fixed discount or a percentage discount. If percentage is chosen this can be split into four different possibilities. Percentage with/without discount and with/without options.
