Configuration - System - Users

There are several ways to change user information:

By the user’s themselves

A user that already has a user account configured can login to the front-end and change their account details themselves.

On a customer’s dashboard

Where a user is linked to a customer in i-Reserve, it is possible to change the user data via the customer’s dashboard. Navigate the ‘User details’ block with your mouse to discover the settings icon in the top right corner. Here you will find the options to ‘Change Password’, ‘Change Username’, or ‘Change E-mail’.

In the configuration mode

In the configuration mode under the 'System - Users' menu, a filtered overview of all users is displayed. By clicking the ‘Edit’ icon in the ‘Actions’ column, the ‘User Name’, ‘User Parent’, ‘Password’ and ‘E-mail Address’ of the affected user can be changed.

The following right may be necessary in order to use this functionality.
