Configuration - Configuration - References

References can be requested on the last entry screen. The question 'How did you find us?' is displayed with a dropdown menu. The answers from the dropdown menu can be set by the administrator. Also can indicate whether the credentials should or should not be shown and whether it is required to specify them.

Go to the configuration by clicking on 'Configuration' in the dropdown menu under the username. Click on the menu Configuration - References. In the block Settings can be selected under the 'Value' column for the following options:

  • Not visible - references are not visible.
  • Optional - Customer may give a reference.
  • Mandatory - customer is required to give a reference.

It's possible to add different references for English and Dutch. For English choose '+New References' in dashboard block 'References which are shown when language is English'. In reference to the 'View' field specifies the name as it should appear for customers in the booking dialogue . The text in the Description field is only visible in the Admin.

The order can be easily changed by using the mouse to click on a reference, hold down the mouse and drag the reference upwards or downwards in line.

Example

Completing the references by customers may lead to useful statistics related to the visibility of the product / website. Examples of references include: Google, an acquaintance, Social Media, Flyer etc.
