Configuration - Configuration - Status Codes Booking

i-Reserve is all about bookings. A reservation goes through a life cycle. The phase of such a cycle is identified by what is called the 'Status' of a reservation. For example, a reservation with the new state begins, and most reservations will end signed with the state. The characteristics of the different statuses can be customized by the administrator of i-Reserve.

Go to the Configuration by clicking on Configuration in the dorpdown menu under the user name. Then click Configuration - Status Codes reservation. The 'Configuration Status bookings' opens. This is an overview of the different status codes that have been set by default in the system. The display is the descriptive status codes in brackets the actual system code. A new state can be created by clicking at the bottom of the page + Add new configuration. The name of the status can be changed by clicking on the icon behind the name.

Counts for availability

There can be specified by status or this counts or not if it is checked for availability. If status 30 Paid counts for the availability status and 70 Canceled not. Then the reservation will not count for the availability if the reservation is canceled so that the spot becomes available for another customer. Each status can be displayed at its discretion or booking count.

Accept / reject / Cancel status

It is possible to set up a status so that the administrator (or customer) the booking directly by can move to a next state.
For the administrator appear three buttons in the action block on the dashboard of the booking:

  • Accept
  • Reject
  • Cancel

A click on a status button sets the reservation to the status set as accept-, reject- or cancel status. Has 10 New reservation status and this status is the status reject 80 Rejected set, the status of the reservation with one touch of the Assign button can be turned off for 80 Rejected status.

Target status

This field identifies which status a booking with the current status can be converted to via the button 'Edit status' in the action block of the reservation. It is convenient, for example, for 70 or 80 status, the status target 10, 12 and / or 20 to record. This allows the administrator a reservation for example was originally rejected (80) still at Open (20) to set or customized on New (10 or 12) without booking needs to be recreated.

Cancel and change a booking via "My Bookings"

When bookings are changed or cancelled via my bookings, one has to take into consideration that a booking can only be cancelled if the booking has a status lower than 70. Changing a booking is only possible if a booking status is lower than 90. This cannot be overruled via a setting. Furthermore, when a booking is changed - and no other settings are configured - the booking will be changed to status 40 as well.

Action

Here the button will be removed. The removal of a status is not possible for a system status code.
