Configuration - Configuration - Status codes event

To modify existing statuses, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to configuration mode by clicking on Configuration in the dropdown menu under your username (top right).
  2. In the menu, click Configuration – Activity Status Codes.
  3. The Activity Status Configuration screen will appear.
  4. Each status code and its related settings appear in a separate table row.
  5. You can edit the name and/or description of the status by clicking Translate (A icon) in the Status column of the corresponding row.
  6. You can add, modify, or remove target statuses by clicking Advanced in the Target Status column.
  7. To adjust the other settings, click the current Yes/No value in the row of the status code you want to modify.
  8. The field will turn into a selection field.
  9. Select the desired value and click Save (V icon) to apply the new setting.

Explanation of Settings

The table below briefly explains each setting.

Status This column shows the status code, name, and description of the status. You can change the name and description, but the status code itself cannot be modified.
Target Status Want to change the status of an activity? The statuses listed in this field define which statuses the activity can be changed to. If no target statuses are set, the status can be changed to any other status.
Booking via frontend If this setting is set to Yes, the customer can make a reservation for an activity with this status.
Booking via backend If this setting is set to No, the administrator cannot make a reservation for an activity with this status.
Published If this setting is set to Yes, the activity is visible to the customer.
Start Status If this setting is set to Yes, a newly created activity will immediately receive this status.
End Status If this setting is set to Yes, this status can be used as an end status.

The default setting for the Yes/No fields is No. When no value is selected for a setting, the default setting will be applied.

Activities that have reached the end status are not shown in the overview of activities by default.
