What are todo groups?

When tasks frequently recur with incoming reservations, it can be inefficient to enter them manually each time. For this purpose, a task group can be created. Individual tasks can be defined within the task group. A task group can represent a department or a specific action. For example, a group could be called 'Prepare room', with tasks such as 'Vacuum', 'Arrange tables in the correct setup', and 'Set up projector'.
