Language flags
By default, the language switcher (the language flags for each language in which you have set up the booking dialog for your customer) is shown in the footer. It is also possible to add the language switcher to the header. In that case, an extra menu item appears showing the currently selected language, with a dropdown that allows switching languages.
In the language switcher in the header, the dropdown by default shows both the language flag and the name. You can configure it to show only the language flags.
How do I set the positioning of the language flags?
Follow the steps below:
- In configuration mode, click on the menu Front pages > Themes
- In the theme, click the three lines below the logo
- In the popup/modal, find the field 'Placement of language flags'
- You can choose where you want to display the language switcher: footer, header, or both
How do I set whether to show language flags with names or only the flags?
This setting only applies to the language switcher in the header:
- In configuration mode, click on the menu Front pages > Themes
- In the theme, click the three lines below the logo
- In the popup/modal, find the field 'Show language name next to the flag'
- You can choose between: show or hide.
