When you work in i-Reserve with the Activities tab is visible in the menu. It is possible to show the [[text_link link_to = "1190" LINK_TEXT = "dashboard"]] activity block Custom Fields activity. At this block can be recorded additional information that can not be lost in the standard block 'Activity'. It is possible to record fields with its own designation on the dashboard. The fields can also be included in the templates and be made visible on the client page.

To change the name of the fields and to manage the settings you click on the dropdown menu under the user for configuration. In the menu, click Forms - Activity form. The screen then opens Configuration activity form 'with the fields Custom 01 / Custom 10.

Click on the icon behind the field name to rename the field. Then click Save and refresh the screen by clicking F5. The new name appears in parentheses.

The result can be viewed by clicking on the black arrow behind the Activity tab and click on New Activity. The added fields with their own name appearing in the block "Activity Attributes".

Name Description Value
Field name This gives a description of the field.

The name is customizable by clicking on the icon behind the name.

Custom field

Only to be used when working with tables to measure. This can then be chosen to drop down.

Mandatory

Here you have three options. This setting applies to the client pages.

​Not visible - field will not be shown
Optional - customer may leave this field empty
Mandatory - customer in field mandatory
Mandatory (admin) This setting applies to the management panel and are valid when you add as a business administrator. Not visible - field will not be shown
Optional - customer may leave this field empty
Mandatory - customer in field mandatory
Checks These validation settings are there to check the entered value

Gender: ^[1-2]$
Postcode: ^[0-9]{4}[ ]{0,1}[A-Z]{2}$
Email: [A-Z0-9._%-]+@[A-Z0-9.-]+.[A-Z]{2,4}
Phone: ^[0-9]{10}$

Length

This value indicates which is the maximum field length.

Default This field can be pre filled in.
