Common issues and solutions

Check whether the reservation is correctly linked to a customer. Without customer details, the QR code cannot be generated.
Make sure the correct PDF template or e-mail template is selected and that it contains a valid QR code.

  • Check whether the QR code was scanned correctly. A QR code can only be scanned once.

  • Make sure the scanner has the correct resolution to properly read the code.

  • When using the app: verify that you are logged in with the correct account and that the app is properly configured.

  • Check whether you selected the correct template. If it is a PDF template, make sure it is properly configured to display a QR code.

  • If you are using an email template, check whether the correct tags (such as {PDF:PDF_ETICKET}) have been added to automatically generate the attachment.

  • Verify that the created template is of the correct type (PDF or email). If not, the template cannot be found when generating PDFs or sending emails.

  • Make sure the reservation has been properly saved and that the e-ticket is correctly linked.

  • Check whether the reservation is actually linked to a customer. Without customer information, the e-ticket cannot be created.
