Check whether the reservation is correctly linked to a customer. Without customer details, the QR code cannot be generated.
Make sure the correct PDF template or e-mail template is selected and that it contains a valid QR code.

Check whether the QR code was scanned correctly. A QR code can only be scanned once.

Make sure the scanner has the correct resolution to properly read the code.

When using the app: verify that you are logged in with the correct account and that the app is properly configured.

Check whether you selected the correct template. If it is a PDF template, make sure it is properly configured to display a QR code.

If you are using an email template, check whether the correct tags (such as {PDF:PDF_ETICKET}) have been added to automatically generate the attachment.

Verify that the created template is of the correct type (PDF or email). If not, the template cannot be found when generating PDFs or sending emails.

Make sure the reservation has been properly saved and that the e-ticket is correctly linked.

Check whether the reservation is actually linked to a customer. Without customer information, the e-ticket cannot be created.
