Frequently Asked Questions: Subscriptions
On this page you will find the frequently asked questions about the subscription module.
To process subscriptions, go to Modules > Process Subscriptions.
Which subscriptions you process depends on the date on which you do it. If you want to process subscriptions for the current month, you should do this before the 16th of the month. From the 17th onwards, the subscriptions displayed will apply to the following month.
For subscriptions that are valid for a year, you process the current year's subscriptions during the first 6 months of the year, and the subscriptions for the next year during the last 6 months of the year.
