How do I move bookings to another object?

Moving multiple reservations

Purpose: converting multiple reservations to another object.

As an administrator, this is possible via the dashboard of the object to which the current reservations are linked.

1. Click on "Move reservations to another object"
2. Select the target object (By default, the next object is selected)
3. Select the relevant reservations via the checkboxes (by default, all reservations are selected)
4. Click on save.
5. Check any problems
6. In case of a problem on an individual reservation -> solve this with the reservation itself
7. In case of generic problems -> solve this in the object settings
8. Repeat the process from step 1 if necessary

Potential problems

Regular checks are performed when moving. This can lead to problems that need to be resolved.

Some examples.

• Options are different between source and target object.
  1. Make the target object the same -> all data will then be retained
  2. Move per reservation -> Options can "stay behind" with this and will not be moved
• There is a conflict on availability. It is possible that the moment is already blocked by another reservation. This must be examined and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• There is a difference in duration. The duration of the reservation is too short for the new object
  1. Make the target object the same -> all data will be preserved
  2. Adjust the reservation
