Period price calculation

For each period, the price can be set. For example, there can be used another time price at weekends than weekdays. For example, on Monday a price period is followed with on Tuesday a different price. Imagine then on Monday, with price type, price and period on Tuesday actual price and behind the different price. Edit Period price 'in' actual price 'and an extra column appears. Multiple prices can be set to one day, this may depend on the time and / or the (optional) participants set type.

Participants price calculation

When the system availability on participants (Adult and child) sets you see Participant Type columns, Participant and from Participant to appear on filling values. It is possible to charge for example different rates for adults and children. With this option, it is also possible to realize group discounts. For example, when children a different tariff treatment than volwasennen, make each participant a separate type of price control with the associated price.

Overview price calculation methods

Several calculation methods are available. As an example we calculate with a period of one week.
This means 8 days or 7 nights.
In the example we calculate based on two participants,

Rentalmode Calculation Explanation
Daymode Per participant per period Price is multiplied by number of participants.
Example: the period price is 70 euro.
The price will be 70 times 2 (participants) equals 140 euro.
Daymode Per participant per night Price is multiplied by number of participants and the number of nights.
Example: de period price is 10 euro.
The price will be 70 times 2 (participants) times 7 (nights) equals 140 euro.
Daymode Per participant per day Price is multiplied by number of participants and the number of days.
Example: de periode prijs is 10 euro.
The price will be 70 times 2 (participants) times 8 (days) equals 160 euro.
Daymode Total price Price is not multiplied
Example: de period price is 100 euro.
The price will be 100 euro.
Daymode with time calcuted Total price - addition for return time Price is not multiplied
A calculation is done based on the difference between start and end time.
If this is positive ( 9 o clock end time is after the 8 o clock start time ), an additional line is added based on the night price.
Example: the period price is 70 euro.
The night price will be 10 euro.
The total price will be 70 + 10 = 80 euro.
Timemode Per participant Price is multiplied by number of participants.
Example: de periode prijs is 70 euro.
The price will be 70 times 2 (participants) equals 140 euro.
Timemode Total price Price is not multiplied
Example: de period price is 100 euro.
The price will be 100 euro.
