A period is a unit of time used in booking a product. Periods are registered in minutes or days. At least one period should be linked to a product, but multiple periods are also possible. Only one of these periods can be called (not compulsory) the default period. The periods set up can be displayed, if so wished, on the Customer page (with its overview of the products). In this way, the customer can see and select the various periods at a glance.

Follow the steps below in the admin panel to amend the period previously set up:

  • Click on the Configuration in the dropdown under the user name.
  • Click on Objects and then on Manage products.
  • Select a product by clicking in the column 'Overview products' on the Product ID (number) .
  • Click in the top right of the page on Views and on Object - Extra.
  • Place the mouse pointer on the row in the 'Period detail' block and click on the first icon that appears behind the period price.
  • The 'Amend period' block will open, with an overview of the current period setting. The information can now be amended.

​Place the mouse pointer on the dark grey row of the 'Period detail' block. A round icon with the + sign will appear. Click on it to enter a new period setting.

Let op bij het instellen van een periode dat de opgegeven tijd niet groter is dan de openingstijden van het product! Dit kan conflicteren waardoor het niet meer mogelijk is om reserveringen te maken.
