How do I set the maximum and minimum number of 'participants'?

In i-Reserve this can be set in 2 ways.

For both ways, you do it at the object level.

1.

• Go to the Configuration by choosing Configuration in the drop-down menu under the user name.
• Click on Objects in the menu and then on 'Admin products'.
• Select a product by clicking the Product ID (number) in the 'Product ID' column.
• You are now in the 'Basic' view.
• In the block 'Config settings' you have can find: Min. number/ Max. participants per booking

Here you can specify the minimum and maximum number of participants per reservation.

If not filled, the minimum/maximum at participant level will be used. That's the 2nd way. This way is in any case leading.

2.

• Go to the Configuration by choosing Configuration in the drop-down menu under the user name.
• Click on Objects in the menu and then on Admin products.
• Select a product by clicking the Product ID (number) in the 'Product ID' column.
• You are now in the 'Basic' view.
• Go to the 'Extra' view
• In the block 'Participant detail', stand on the line and click on the first icon that appears after 'Participant calctotal'. The block 'Change participant' opens and an overview appears with the currently set min and max. The data can be adjusted. Or move the mouse cursor over the dark gray line of the 'Participant detail' block and a round icon with the + sign will appear. Click on it to set a new min and max.
