How do I set the opening hours?
The purpose of the opening times is to indicate the times at which a reservation is possible. This can be set and / or adjusted to each product in dashboard block 'Opening times' on the system dashboard Object - Schema. Click to see the block Configuration in the drop down menu under the user name. Then click in the menu Objects - Admin products. Click behind the product for which the opening set or need to be adjusted on the 'Schema' link.
Point with mouse on the line of the (example) schema to show the chart, the pencil icon appears. Clicking on the icon, the 'Change opening window' opens. The data can be modified here.
Is there not created any schedule? Then navigate the mouse pointer to the block menu and click on the round icon with the plus to add a (new) opening schedule.
In the 'Change Hours', where they have time mode are set for several hours a day. This can be done by adding a line by clicking on the button with the +. The set opening hours are then linked to the calendar of the product.
Example
A conference room is available on Mondays from 08:30 to 12:00 and then from 13:00 until 23:00. There are two lines for Monday. Click on the icon with the + to add a rule.
Under the column 'Day' both lines are set on Monday. The column 'Open' will be placed on Open. The first line is the "beginning of time" at 08:30 and "end time" 12:00. Then, in the second line "Start time" at 13:00 and "End Time" to stand on 23:00.
Now, the configuration is set so that the client is no longer on Monday can indicate that he wants to start between 12:00 and 13:00 hours with his reservering. It's therefore possible to specify several hours per day.
