Troubleshooting of e-mail that ends up in spam folders often
If the e-mails coming from your i-Reserve environment end up in the spam folder often, you can check online if this is because of the settings of the e-mails in your i-Reserve environment. You can do this with Mail Tester. An e-mail adress is generated on this page, and you can send an e-mail to this address to test.
To send a test e-mail, you go to your i-Reserve environment in configuration mode, and then go to System -> Outgoing e-mail. Here you fill out the e-mail address that was generated by Mail Tester in the option Testing mail settings. Next you click on Send test mail.
When the e-mail has been sent, you go to the Mail Tester page and click on Check your score. Here you will be shown a score for your e-mail and a description of what can be improved.
