Block event filter

The "Event filter" block allows you to display a list of courses based on a custom filter.

In i-Reserve, you can create and save your own filters. Among other things, filters can be created based on events. With the "Event filter" block, it is possible to display your saved filters on a dashboard. You can adjust the display of the filter by specifying the maximum number of rows to retrieve and defining filter columns when these differ from the system default or your predefined view for the selected filter.

When a block is first set up on a dashboard, the settings screen is shown. To modify this information later, use the menu in the top right corner of the block, which appears when you hover your mouse over it.

Filter
A dropdown allows you to select from the available filters. A predefined filter becomes available once it has been saved. Based on the selected filter, the list of events will be displayed. When many filters are available, you can search by entering a few characters in the dropdown.

Number of rows to display
By default, 10 rows are shown. Depending on the amount of information, it is possible to display more or fewer rows on the dashboard. Below the filter, the total number of rows contained in the filter is always displayed. Using the corresponding link, it is also possible to go directly to the filter and display all rows.

Columns to display
A filter will by default show a number of columns. It is possible to link a custom view to a saved filter, which then becomes the default view for that saved filter. When a different display is required on the dashboard, the desired columns can be defined here.

Save
By clicking the "Save" button, the block will be stored and the desired information will be displayed.
