Block statistics drill down
The "Statistics drill down" block is a combination of two different charts in a single view, based on a predefined theme.
Chart 1: Plots time (created or updated) against totals.
Chart 2: Available for all contexts and represents when an item was created or last updated.
When a block is first set up on a dashboard, the settings screen is shown. To modify this information later, use the menu in the top right corner of the block, which appears when you hover your mouse over it.
Select a filter
A dropdown allows you to select from the available filters. Based on the selected filter, the statistics will be generated. When many filters are available, you can search by entering a few characters in the dropdown. Filters are displayed based on the description of the context combined with the filter name.
Theme
By choosing a theme, you determine which colors are used for the chart.
Date field for the timeline (created / updated)
The filter provides a list of items to this block. Each item has two attributes: the creation date (created) and the last modification date (updated). The statistics are displayed based on one of these attributes.
Grouping
The filter produces a list. This list is aggregated per day, week, or month. This means that all items from the list are summed for the specified period. The larger the period, the more aggregated the information will be.
Save
By clicking the "Save" button, the block will be stored and the desired information will be displayed.
