Functional description

In i-Reserve, filters are used to filter information within a certain context (e.g. customers, invoices, reservations, etc.). To use this information outside of i-Reserve (for example to make calculations or import information into other systems), it is possible to export the information from a filter to Excel. This can be done in Excel format (.xlsx) or CSV format (.csv).

To ensure that the correct information appears in the export, a filter must first be created. Once the desired information has been filtered, it can be exported directly to Excel using the 'Excel' button in the toolbar. By clicking on the arrow on the side of the button you have the option to choose between Excel or CSV format.

Please note! There is a limitation in the amount of data that can be exported at once. If you experience problems with exporting the data, it may be useful to export the data in smaller quantities by specifying the number of lines. You can do this via Excel - Custom. Now the start row and end row can be specified. Another option is to adjust the display of the filter and only display the columns required for the export. This way, the amount of data can be limited and more lines can be exported at once.
