Saving a filter

Within i-Reserve, there is the possibility to save filters that are often used. Saving a filter works as follows;
Apply a filter based on simple search or advanced search. When the right-hand column contains the correct information, the filter can be saved. This can be done by clicking on the Save Filter button in the left column.

In the follow-up screen, there is the possibility to enter a name and description for the filter. By sharing the filter with everyone, a specific group or a user, the filter can also be accessed by other users.

When a filter is saved (or a saved filter is recalled), and then there are changes made to the relevant filter, there is the possibility to save the filter again. To do this, after making changes, be sure to click on the "search" button first before saving. You can then save this filter as a new filter with a new name and description or overwrite the existing filter. Click on the link "Save" to save as new filter or current filter. These links can be found at the top of the left column of the page filter.

When a filter is saved, it can be found under the link 'Show filter list'.
