Views

Filterresults can be displayed in multiple ways. Configuring of this view can be done via the toolbar. (if the right is present for the current user, see filter_show_views)

Adding and configuring views

Click on the button Views in the toolbar ans select Manage views
In the new windows that appears a new view can be created by clicking on Add view, a new line appears. Click on the icon in the column 'Name' to set the name of this view. Click outside the name field to save the name.

Columns can be configured by clicking in the column for the view that needs to be altered. A new screen appears where a selection can be made which columns are shown in this view. You can move and arrange colums by dragging or double clicking.

View settings

In the column 'Sort column' you can select the default ordering of the grid by columnname. This can be done ascending or descending

The column 'colors' can be used to hightlight a line in the view by a color. This can be done for a product, status or customer. Adding a color rule can be done via 'add rule'. When a new color rule is defined you can use three different types: highlight a product, status or customer

Switching views

When multiple views are present in the filter there is the possibility to switch between views. This can be done via the button Views in the toolbar and selecting the required view.

Linking views

When a filter [[text_link link_to="1350" link_text="filter is saved"]] it is possible to link a view to that filter. When this is filter is loaded the linked view will be used.

Linking a view to a saved filter can be done via the option 'Show filter list' in the dropdown menu next to the search button. In the filterlist there is a column 'View' where a default view can be selected for that filter.
