Structured Mail Info - Email Markup
Email markup provides additional information that becomes visible when the recipient opens the email.
In the case of reservations, this is the schema "event reservations".
In short, the steps required
- Create an email template
- Add the tag {SCHEMA_EVENTRESERVATION}
- The tag ensures that an additional XML is added, invisible to the user, but visible to Google.
- Test this email by sending it to your own email address.
The email address must be registered with Google before the information is displayed.
Optional: address
It is possible to put an address on the "card". Very useful for directions, among other things.
This address can be set on two levels.
1. At location level: Go to Configuration -> Objects -> Manage locations
2. At product level:
Go to Configuration -> Forms -> Object fields.
Make the address fields such as address, house number, city and country visible
Go to Configuration -> Objects -> Manage objects -> Configuration
In both cases, the address fields must be filled in completely.
After this - provided the reservation is linked to the correct object / location - the address is added to the card data.
