I-Reserve certificate for your role and level

TEQA Web Services offers various certificates for customers who have attended one or more workshops on the setup and/or use of the reservation system. Depending on the user’s seniority, the certificates “Reservation Manager” (Jr, Mr, Sr) and “Reservation Process Manager” (Jr, Mr, Sr) are available. Another certificate, “Reservation Professional,” is intended for individuals who integrate i-Reserve into business processes and create technical integrations with external systems such as accounting, apps, and payment providers. This last certificate cannot be obtained simply by attending workshops but will be awarded by TEQA to those who excel in their technical, organizational, and process-oriented skills.

If you have attended one or more workshops in the past for the use or management of the i-Reserve reservation system, you can contact our support department to receive a certificate. The i-Reserve certificate shows on your CV or LinkedIn profile that you use reservation software professionally and understand the processes around it.
