Linking a punch card to a specific customer happens automatically when a customer orders a punch card online. When the customer orders a punch card, for example via the cash register, it is possible to manually link a punch card to a customer. Follow the steps below to link a punch card to a customer.

  1. Go to the dashboard of the respective customer.
  2. Use the 'Add punch card' button from the action block to select the correct punch card type.

After selecting the punch card type, a new punch card will automatically be created and linked to the customer. If the punch card is created manually, it must still be activated.

The balance of the punch card is only updated if the customer is linked to a user and that user is logged in at the time of the reservation.
