Configuration - Configuration - Status Codes Customer

You can adjust a customer status and create additional customer statuses via the control panel (Configuration). Under Configuration in the menu bar you will find 'customer status codes'.

By default, the status codes Active and Inactive are configured in i-Reserve. Based on the status of the customer, it is or is not possible to make a reservation or invoice. You can see this under the headings "Allow booking" and "Allow invoice".

If you receive the error message "Given customer X [Y can not make booking. The status [Z] determines that." you probably need to take action here.

Outside of these active and inactive statuses, you can think of more options. Including this functionality of customer status in your daily work can have many advantages. This way you can for example give a new customer a certain status. You can then filter this status out on a dashboard, to include in your working method with new customers.

To make it even clearer in your overview, you can give different statuses a different color.
