How do I add a new status code for an event?

To add a new status, follow the steps below:

1. Go to configuration mode by clicking on Configuration in the dropdown under your username (top right).
2. In the menu, click on Configuration – Activity Status Codes.
3. The Activity Status Configuration screen will appear.
4. Click on Add new configuration.
5. Enter the desired numeric status code and click Save.
6. The newly added status code will be displayed in parentheses (xx).
7. Enter a name and description by clicking the Language icon (A) in the Status column.
8. Click Save and refresh the screen by pressing F5.
9. The name and description are now visible.
10. If desired, set one or more target statuses by clicking Advanced in the Target Status column.
11. All other settings are Yes/No options. Click within the column to display the selection field.
12. Select the desired value and click the Save icon (V) to store the new setting.
