How do I delete a status code for an event?
When a status is eligible for deletion, a button to delete will appear in the Action column. Status codes of the type System can only be edited; by definition, these system statuses cannot be deleted.
To delete a status, follow the steps below:
- Go to the configuration of the environment.
- Click on Configuration – Activity Status Codes in the menu.
- The Activity Status Configuration screen will appear.
- In the Action column, click on the Delete icon.
