Configuration - Configuration - Status codes event

When a status is eligible for deletion, a button to delete will appear in the Action column. Status codes of the type System can only be edited; by definition, these system statuses cannot be deleted.

To delete a status, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the configuration of the environment.
  2. Click on Configuration – Activity Status Codes in the menu.
  3. The Activity Status Configuration screen will appear.
  4. In the Action column, click on the Delete icon.
