Configuration - Todo - Todo Groups

The Task Groups menu shows the list of available task groups. For each task group, you can see how many task templates have been created for that group. If no templates exist yet, a + button appears to allow adding a task. Click the + or the number of tasks to view the list of task templates. Use +Add new task to create a new task template.

Enter a description for the task template. The description may contain letters and numbers and must be entered without spaces. Click Save. After saving, specify whether it is a commonly used task and click the Edit task button to complete the task template.

Provide a description for the task template. The task can be assigned to a staff member and linked to a category. Priority, deadline, and the visibility date for the staff member can also be configured.

Entering the task template text works the same way as creating an email template. Fields such as customer name or reservation number can be inserted and will be filled with data from the reservation when the task is created. Once the template is complete, click the Save button.
