How do I configure booking fields?
Booking fields can be setup by following the steps below:
- In the dropdown menu under your username (top right), select ‘Configuration’ to begin configuration mode.
- From the menu click on 'Forms – Booking forms'.
- The screen 'Config customer form' is displayed.
- Set the search field type to ‘Select visibility’ to display all available fields.
- In the ‘Field name’ column, click on ‘Translations’ (the boxlike A-icon) to change the name of the field or to name a custom field.
- Click on 'Save' and refresh the screen by pressing F5.
- The name for the field is visible in brackets.
- You can then setup the remaining columns for this field, each of which are briefly explained in the table below (remember to click on ‘Exit configuration’ when finished).
