Where can you use booking fields?

Booking fields can be used or included in the following components:

  • in the block 'Booking custom fields’ on the dashboard of a booking.
  • in E-mail and PDF templates for the context 'Booking'
  • per price line in invoice templates, through {detail.RES_CUSTOMxx} - useful on a merged invoice, where every line comes from a different booking (from version 5.48 onwards)
  • as a search field in the ‘Booking’ filter
  • as a viewable column in the 'Booking' filter.
