What does the connection with MplusKASSA entail?
MplusKASSA is a digital point-of-sale system that allows you to process a variety of customer purchases, such as coffee and tea, as well as room rental fees. An integration with i-Reserve is also available, allowing reservations made in i-Reserve to be directly transferred to MplusKASSA for on-site payment processing.
Reservations in i-Reserve are sent to MplusKASSA by creating tables in MplusKASSA that represent the various reservations. By changing the status in i-Reserve, the corresponding table in MplusKASSA can be activated. From that moment, it will be visible in the table overview within MplusKASSA. These tables can then be selected and checked out directly in MplusKASSA.

Tables in MplusKASSA are a way to keep track of which table has ordered which products and what the customer at that table needs to pay when they are finished. This makes it the ideal system for i-Reserve to communicate customer reservations.
I-Reserve informs MplusKASSA about what the customer has reserved, and MplusKASSA creates a “table” for it, meaning a new table is created with the products the customer has reserved. On the cash register, this table can then be selected to directly process the payment for these products.
