How do I set participant details?

In some cases, it is advisable to work with participants. For example, when you want to apply different pricing for adults and children, or when availability should be calculated based on the number of participants instead of the number of spots.

Adding a Participant Type

You can define one or more participant types per product. This can be configured by following the steps below:

• Go to the products via Configuration – Objects – Admin Products
• Click the Extra button for the desired product
• In this screen, locate the Participant Detail section
• Click the plus icon in the upper right of the dark gray bar within this section
• Enter the participant details
• Click Save
