How do I set participant details?

In some cases, it is advisable to work with participants. For example, when you want to apply different pricing for adults and children, or when availability should be calculated based on the number of participants instead of the number of spots.

Adding a Participant Type

You can define one or more participant types per product. This can be configured by following the steps below:

• Go to the products via Configuration – Objects – Admin Products
• Go to the Extra view for the desired product
• In this screen, locate the Participant Detail block
• Add a participant in this block
• Enter the participant details
• Click Save
