Activity details block

This block shows and edits the core details of an activity (event). It also works within a booking, through the linked activity.

Functions

• Product description, description, long description and memo.
• Date, start and end time, resource/location, capacity and remarks.
• Read-only footer with status, recurrence type, free and total places, waiting list, linked location booking and dates.
• Multilingual fields per front-end language.

Actions

• Save fields inline, including multilingual values action_event_change_lang.
• Change date and time action_event_change_datetime.
• For a series activity a dialog asks whether the change applies to only this activity, the whole series, or this and following ones.
• Validation on availability, location conflict and staff; a dialog appears on a conflict.
• If staff is missing, a warning with a plan button is shown.

Editing requires entity_event_update.
