Manages the contact details of the company.

• Grid with type, detail, description and contact person.

Workflow and invoicing

Just as with a customer, the Workflow and Invoicing check boxes let you state per e-mail address what the address is used for: workflow for the e-mails from the reservation workflow, invoicing for sending invoices. Because you can record several e-mail addresses for a company, you can send the invoices to the accounts payable department and the confirmations to the contact person.
