Discount actions block

Action block for the discount rule: test, copy and delete.

Actions

• Test: simulate the discount rule against an existing booking; the result shows a price-detail grid.
• Copy: create a new discount rule based on the current one (entity_discount_copy).
• Delete, with an “in use” check on linked calendars (entity_discount_delete).
