Invoice details block

Shows the key data of a single invoice as a header at the top of the invoice detail screen.

Functions

• Read-only fields: invoice number (or ‘draft’), draft date, final date, linked booking with a link, status, invoice amount, paid and outstanding amount.
• Editable while the invoice is not final: invoice date and payment method.
• List of final PDFs (download) and sent final e-mails (clickable).
• A debtor badge with due date, a handled badge with reset and the date of the last reminder.

Actions

• Save the invoice date and payment method inline (refused once the invoice is final).
• Reactivate a handled debtor item (reset).

Avatar next to the customer name

Next to the customer name and number, the block automatically shows an avatar. If a Gravatar profile is linked to the customer’s email address, that image is used. A custom photo — uploaded or taken with the webcam via the user profile — takes precedence over the Gravatar.
