Reservation staff block

Links staff – for example instructors or supervisors – to a reservation, per resource type. For event bookings this is arranged through the event and the block only shows an informational message.

Functions

• For an event booking an informational message; otherwise a table with type and name, plus configurable columns (user name, notes, number, experience, training and long description) in read-only display.

Actions

• Add a person from a list with the availability per type.
• Edit a note and remove a person.
• Send an e-mail to the linked people (action_booking_sendmail).
