Reservation structure block

The structure of a composite reservation: main, child, additional and parent bookings together. On an orphan series – a single reservation that should really be a series – a repair banner appears.

Functions

• A warning banner with a fix button when a single reservation should really be a series.
• A table per related booking: type, id (clickable link), description, from/to date and time, status and price (the price is hidden on a combi parent).

Actions

• Repair a series.
• Add a sub-booking or extra additional dates (action_booking_addsubbookings).
