When scheduling activities, you can only choose from the types that have already been created. If you want to create a new activity, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Configuration mode:
    Click the grey block with your email address in the top right corner, then click Configuration.
    Once you're in configuration mode, you’ll see the Stop Configuration button appear in the top right corner.

  2. Click on Objects in the top bar, then click Manage Products.

  3. In the top right corner, click on Add New Product.

  4. For the product type, select Standard product based on activity mode.

  5. Follow the step-by-step process to create a new product.

  6. Once done, click Stop Configuration in the top right corner, then go to Activity in the top bar and choose New Activity.

  7. Your newly created activity type will now appear in the list, and you’ll be able to schedule it!
