When does a customer become a user?

If you work with returning customers, it can be useful to work with login credentials. This way, your customers won’t have to enter their details every time. As soon as a customer registers, a user account is created and linked to that customer. You can also link a customer to a user via the backend. In that case, you first create the user in the backend.
