Description
Gives access to the tool content_block_delete_plan (operation content_block.delete). This is the plan half: the tool shows what would change and writes nothing. Carrying it out takes the apply tool, which has a right of its own: tool_config_content_block_delete_apply. That way you can let someone look without letting them change anything.
The tool right is necessary but never sufficient. At the same time you need the master right tool_config_use, this tool right and the ordinary right menu_config_front_config — someone who may not perform the act in the screens may not perform it through AI either.
In addition both configuration locks must be open: the one of the environment and the one of the licence holder.
Without a logged-in user everything is refused, reading included.
What all tools do is described on MCP configuration tools.
