Description
Gives access to the tool payment_schedule_describe (operation payment_schedule.describe). This tool only reads; it changes nothing.
The tool right is necessary but never sufficient. At the same time you need the master right tool_config_use, this tool right and the ordinary right menu_object_paymentschedules — someone who may not perform the act in the screens may not perform it through AI either.
Without a logged-in user everything is refused, reading included.
