Description
This is the master switch of this door, not a tool. Without this right the user gets an empty tool list, however many individual tool rights they hold. With this right alone they get nothing yet: every tool additionally needs its own right and the functional right that belongs to the same act.
Without a logged-in user everything is refused, reading included.
