Description
Only works together with the functional right entity_booking_update and action_booking_statuschange. The tool right on its own is not enough: someone who may not perform the act in the screens may not perform it through AI either.
The AI widget on your website and the phone assistant may use this tool without a logged-in user as well — there is nobody there whose rights could be checked, so a fixed list of visitor tools applies instead.
On top of that the caller must have identified themselves with a one-time verification code for this exact reservation. That requirement stays, also for a logged-in employee.
