This section describes the available rights related to invoices.

Entity rights for invoice

action_invoice_makefinal
This right allows finalizing an invoice.
action_invoice_makefinal_without_accounts
If this right is assigned, invoices can be finalized without account codes (ledgers) being set for the products and options in the detail lines.
action_invoice_unlink_company
If this right is assigned, the user can unlink the associated company from an invoice.
action_invoice_createtemplatelines
If this right is assigned, the user can create template lines for invoices. These can then be used when creating new lines in invoices.
action_invoice_merge
If this right is assigned, the user can merge invoices.
action_invoice_changefinancial
This right allows the user to modify a customer’s financial data from the invoice dashboard.
action_invoice_create_collection
This right allows the user to create a collection for an invoice.
action_invoice_use_detail_templates
This right allows the user to apply a template when adding an invoice line. Only applicable if an invoice is not yet finalized.
action_invoice_change_price
This right allows the user to modify the lines of an invoice. Only applicable if an invoice is not yet finalized.
action_invoice_updatecustomtable_booking
If this right is assigned, the user can modify the custom booking fields in the.'custom fields booking' invoice dashboard block.
