This section describes the available rights related to invoices.

Entity rights for invoice

If this right is assigned, the user can modify the custom customer fields in the.'custom fields customer' invoice dashboard block.

If this right is assigned, the user can modify the custom invoice fields in the.'custom fields invoice' invoice dashboard block.
action_invoice_delete_invoice
This right makes it possible to delete an invoice. This is only applicable if an invoice has not already been finalised.
action_invoice_check_invoice
This right makes it possible to check an invoice for mistakes. This is only applicable if an invoice has not already been finalised.
action_invoice_sendemail
This right makes it possible to e-mail an invoice.
action_invoice_createpdf
This right makes it possible to make a pdf of an invoice.
action_invoice_create_credit_invoice
This right makes it possible to make a credit invoice. This is only applicable when an invoice has been finalised.
action_invoice_createubl
This right makes the 'Create UBL file' button in the action block of the invoice dashboard available to the user.
action_invoice_editaccounts_forfinal
This right allows the user to adjust the ledger and the account sign (credit/debit) of invoice detail lines for invoices that have been finalized.
