Description
The 'menu_config_groups' right offers the option of displaying the 'manage groups' component. The 'manage groups' option will become available when assigning this right.
As of version 5.48 the ‘Manage teams’ item is no longer shown based on this right but based on menu_config_teams (the page itself already required that right).
