Right: menu_config_language
Grants access to the language settings of the environment, and is the basis of the AI language tools.

Description
With this right the user opens the Language section of the settings screen. It holds, per front-end language, whether it is active, which languages can be chosen in the back office, and what the default language of the front end and of the back office is. Without this right that section cannot be opened.
The same right is needed for the language and translation tools of the AI configuration door: switching a language on or off, asking what is still missing in a language, and storing translations. Translating a part additionally needs the right of that part's own screen, for instance the right to change objects for product names.
