This right makes it possible to change the financial data of a customer.

If this right is not assigned, but the action_booking_changefinancial right is assigned, the user can modify the data from the booking dashboard. If the action_invoice_changefinancial right is assigned, the user can modify the data from the invoice dashboard (when the invoice module is active).
